To rub insult in, On the Hoppa the driver charged me for 3 tickets when I asked for 2, this due to him taking my card and swiping it 3 times as it didn’t work for me! Another Hoppa out of service arrived, but driver was not helpful and said they run every hour not every 30mins and we were disturbing her break she was most put out in us asking her! We telephoned the customers service and was told a Hoppa would be there at 8am.

Oyster cards and Travelcards are not accepted on the Hotel Hoppa services but there are some ticket price discounts available on its website with the option of 'Family' tickets. A two mile return trip between Terminal 3/Central Bus Station and the hotel takes around 12 minutes via both options - the price being a key differential. That hotel is also right next to a TfL bus stop where four daytime and two overnight TfL bus routes provide four to 20 buses per hour 24/7. Together the two routes provide two to three buses per hour between 5am and 11pm each day. Two of the seven Hotel Hoppa routes, H2A and H2C, provide a link between Terminal 3 and the Renaissance Hotel on Bath Road one mile away. Hotel Hoppa buses also have slightly more room for conveying luggage. The Hotel Hoppa and TfL's bus routes around the area are not like-for-like Hotel Hoppa buses are almost always quieter and stop directly outside hotels instead of on the street nearby.
